Intinor at IBC 2019

Intinor is great but a bloody nightmare to blog about, press is not their strong suit and new product releases are few and far between. I prefer to read this as an impressive confidence in their platform than a failing in PR but it would be nice if they made more of a noise because it’s a product everyone concerned with content distribution should take a look at.

As someone who grew up in the northwest in the 90s, I’ve always had an affinity for glue, but unlike my solvent hungry schoolmates my happy place is not in an alleyway in Blackburn’s Shadsworth estate with a plastic bag, it’s the AJA stand at IBC.

FileCatalyst – reinventing file transfer

FileCatalyst have made some tweaks to their software, FileCatalyst Direct3.8 now includes n5 that allows the filesetsto go into the millions with no impact on memory. It looks like they’ve also improved the WEB UI’s on pretty much all of their products to make them more compatible and snappier.

Avid: Storage

So far there haven’t been any big announcements or launches from Avid with regards to storage, but the safe bet will be Avid will be doing a big push towards Avid NEXIS | CLOUDSPACES.
