Haivision aquires Aviwest

The biggest news in the live contribution market recently landed with the announcement that Haivsion has purchased French bonded cellular manufacturer AVIWEST.

Why is this important? Firstly, Tyrell (UK) is the only reseller that represents both brands enabling us to offer further value to our customers. Secondly, this is an interesting expansion for Haivision who successfully brought SRT to the market. They can now add 4G/5G network bonding specialisation to their portfolio, to support the ever-increasing requirement for real time video streaming. We look forward to seeing how the companies and products integrate over the coming year.
