LiveU Version 9
LiveU’s recent acquisition by the Carlyle Group seems to have really energised the company. They have not only just launched a spanking new, simple to navigate website, which includes an events listing of where and when they will be supporting their customers. But more importantly they have released Version 9. This release now includes SRT Output from all LiveU Servers and don’t forget their flagship LU800 with native 5G, which solves the multi-camera news and sports coverage.
Version 9 features:
- Multi-Camera Field Switcher- use the LU800 as a field switcher.
- Multi-Camera Bandwidth Prioritisation- prioritise between 9 settings across 4 cameras.
- Audio Room- provide talk back to one or multiple field crews simultaneously
- Video Return available on app and browser.
- SRT output from LiveU servers adding to the existing IP output capability.
- Synchronised timecode for multiple cameras in the field.
